My name is Steve, and I'm a qualified and fully insured Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist (2024), having trained with the prestigious Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy training school. I offer online sessions both nationally and internationally.

I specialise in solution-focused hypnotherapy, an effective form of hypnotherapy known for addressing various issues such as weight concerns, anxiety, smoking, addictions, phobias, and more. This is often achieved in 8-12 sessions, which makes it an effective and rapid tool for personal growth and transformation. It has also been in the news lately because of the success of Kyren Wilson at the 2024 World Snooker Championship, who attributed at least some of his success to the solution-focused hypnotherapy sessions he was having with Chris O'Connor (read here https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/other-sports/snooker/kyren-wilson-hypnotherapy-salmon-family-32750439). I also have a Level 4 Counselling qualification which inevitably means that I will use these skills at times during our sessions together.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

• LLB (Law Degree) (First Class Honours) - Staffordshire University (Graduated in 2014)

• BTEC Professional Development Certificate in Counselling Skills - Worcester College of Technology (Graduated in 2005)

• NVQ Level 3 in Promoting Independence

• Fully qualified Clinical Psychotherapist, holding the prestigious Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD), which has been assessed as a Level 4 qualification by the NCFE. Training was completed through the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training school, graduating in June 2024.

• I have a current enhanced DBS check

• I have full professional insurance.
